By accessing and using the Doody Detectives website (doodydetectives.com) and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our website or services.

2. Services

Doody Detectives ("Company") provides pet waste removal services as described on our website. Services include scooping, bagging, and disposal of pet waste. Service frequency is as agreed upon with the client (e.g., weekly, bi-weekly, one-time).

3. Client Responsibilities

  • Access: Provide safe and unobstructed access to the service area on scheduled service days. Ensure gates are unlocked and accessible. If we are unable to clean due to access issues, you will be charged for that scheduled service.

  • Pet Safety: For the safety of our technicians, please secure all pets during service, unless prior arrangements have been made with the Company. While we understand some pets are friendly, even the most well-behaved animals can react unpredictably in new situations. Our technicians reserve the right to reschedule service if they feel unsafe at any time due to an unsecured pet.

  • Updates: Notify Company immediately of any changes in pet ownership, number of pets, or if your pet(s) will not be using the yard for a certain period (i.e., vacation, illness, etc.) and you do not wish to be charged for an unnecessary visit(s).

  • Payment: Pay all fees according to the agreed-upon schedule.

4. Payment

  • Payment Terms: Payment for services is due according to the agreed-upon schedule. You will be invoiced monthly for all services performed during that period. We accept the following payment methods:

    Visa

    Mastercard

    American Express

    Discover

  • Late Payments: A late payment fee may apply to overdue accounts. Service may be suspended for non-payment. Unpaid balances are due within 15 days.

  • Failed Payments: If your payment method fails, you will be notified and given a reasonable opportunity to update your information. Failure to do so may result in service suspension.

  • Fees and Promotions: Fees and promotions are subject to change at any time with at least two (2) weeks' prior written notice.
