How often do you recommend service?
A: For most yards and pet owners, we recommend a minimum of weekly service as the optimal way to maintain a clean and healthy environment. If you have multiple dogs or your yard sees very frequent use, twice-weekly service may be even more beneficial. We're happy to assess your specific needs and help you choose the ideal schedule.
How much does it cost?
The cost of dog poop removal varies based on several factors, including your location, the size of your yard, and the number of dogs you have. Essentially, the more waste to remove, the more the service costs. But our basic package is designed to be budget-friendly, often comparable to a weekly lunch expense. Request your free quote!
Do you offer one-time cleanups?
Yes, we offer one-time cleanups for those who need a thorough yard cleaning. This is ideal for special occasions or when you need to catch up on yard maintenance. Please contact us for a personalized quote.
Do I need to lock my dog up during service?
We ask that you keep your dog indoors or secured, BUT If your dog is friendly, we don't mind them being in the yard during service, as we love dogs! However, for their safety and ours, we request that dogs be kept indoors or secured if they are not friendly. If your dog is outside and we are concerned for safety, we will attempt to contact you. If we cannot reach you, we may have to skip your service for that day.
What if you miss some waste?
We strive for 100% satisfaction. If you find any missed waste, please contact us within 24 hours, and we will return to re-clean the area at no additional charge.
How do I prepare my yard for service
Please ensure that gates are unlocked and accessible. Remove any obstacles, such as toys or tools, from the yard.
What do you do with the waste?
We scoop pet waste into a proper bag then tie it closed at the top. We then place the sealed bag in your garbage can. This minimizes the chance of spreading potential pathogens or parasites to other areas.
Do you sanitize your equipment?
Yes, we sanitize all our equipment after each service to prevent the spread of bacteria and disease and wear booties.
What do you do if you find something wrong with my yard?
If we notice anything unusual, such as a broken fence, a potential hazard, or a sign of illness in your pet's waste, we will notify you immediately.
How Will I know when you are coming or finished?
We will communicate with you before each service and send you confirmation with a photo after each service.
What if the weather is bad?
We will do our best to provide service in most weather conditions. However, in the event of extreme weather, we may need to reschedule. We will communicate any changes to you as soon as possible. If you need to reschedule, please reach out, and we'll attempt to accommodate your request.
Do I need to be home during the service?
No, you don’t need to be home! As long as we have access to your yard, we can complete the service. If we arrive and find your gate locked, we will attempt to contact you. If we cannot reach you, we will have to skip your service for that day. A service fee may apply. Please ensure your gate is unlocked on your scheduled service day.
How Do I pay? Is there a contract?
No Contracts! Start, Pause, Cancel, and Restart anytime. We accept credit cards (using Stripe) which is set up and billed monthly.. You can access all invoices from the customer portal (located in the footer of our website).
